I've had an idea regarding the bulbout issue.
Is it possible to purchase a pair of LED strips and place them on the front bumper,
then connect them to the Headlight wiring harness so as to add to the power draw and hopefully bring the draw level back up to a level equal to or greater than with the Halogen LEDs in the headlights
