Yes, but there are a couple things worth pointing out... Sometimes the clips that hold the 135's speaker cover are melted to the door car. This isn't a big deal however. I was able to punch the cover out after taking the door card off the door. Also, the clips on the BMW Individual Speaker covers (pictured) are different in size and number. This makes it sort of tough to snap in place. In fact, I was not able to get all the clips to lock into the door card, but it's still held in place fairly well. I just wouldn't pull on it once the door card has been reinstalled or you may find yourself repeating the install. One more thing, some of the OE speakers have paper cones and look like crap. You will definitely want to upgrade your speakers. I picked up a set of the Individual Speakers. Keep in mind that the 4" Individual Speakers will not work with the 135i tweeters since the Individual Speakers use a 3 pin connector, whereas the 135's use a 2pin connector. If you go this route, you need:

Front: 4"mids (4ohm), seperate crossovers, 1" tweeters (8ohm)
Rear: 4"mids (4ohm), 1" tweeters with inline resistor (4ohm)

You will also need to trim the rear mids to fit in the space available in the 135i.
