easy on the intake. Look into AFE magnum and EuroBox for e90/e87 130i on e90 post. Or even cut up your current one. Save ur $$, its just 5 hp
Magnaflow vs BMW PE is usually about warranty & ease of installation.
You will be happy with w.e you choose
