Seatbelt rubbing; buttons/rivets on the rear pockets of jeans; you name it, it will find a way to scratch the bolsters. I would suggest getting them to goodwill dye it under warranty, not do a recover---I've read (and noticed above) that the refit is never "quite right."

Also get the contact information of the person doing the dying. It probably won't be the last time you need to have it done.
