No reason why the dealer can't figure it out. They say everything is normal.. bunch of crap.
Let me know if you want a dealer receipt of a member who had it fixed and I can email you the procedure they took with his car.

Yeah they said the same about mine. it got a new radio about a year ago and they just reflashed it the other day. I bought the car from a dealer on the terms that they fix it, so they can keep buying new stuff for all i care. i just hope they fix it soon.
Ill be in touch if the new amp doesnt fix it.
