$23-24 may be pretty optimistic. I sold my 2008 128i about two years ago now. It still had 2+ years of warranty left and had ~20k miles. I got $24k for it but was under a bit of pressure to sell because we were moving (Carmax offered me only $21k). It was a manual, sport pk, zenon, leather, heater seats, moonroof.

I would guess $20-22k max, but maybe you will find the right buyer. Good luck.
