My tuned 135 is about 20-21 (70/30 highway)
I see about 27-28 on the highway (ironically same as my 600+hp vette)
I would expect much better on the 128.
on the same run our 530xi (higher output n52 but compared to 128 +600lbs and awd) would get about 23.5 and was awesome on the highway. My parents just drove it 1000 miles from florida with the car filled with stuff and got 31mpg.
