I was going with the IBIS and the deal was there this morning...but of course its gone the moment my money clears...
Just dammit all around. My US bank held my cash up for two weeks because they thought that a) I wasnt me and b) my card was stolen, and it isnt the first time theyve done this either. And its always at the most inopportune times.

Motel One basic rooms are 59 euros. IBIS is next door to them. There is also a very basic hotel called ETAP which is reallt cheap at 44 euros per night I think. Try them. They are all right next to each other on that street and the U-bahn is right there too.
