I also might stop at that BMW factory dealership up the street from the Welt. They have a ton of Individual cars on display and a special M Hall, Alpina and every cool BMW.

Sounds like a good plan, count me in. If I have time I might try to wash the car after the drive but if its rainy it might not be worth the effort.
