Cool Carbon is not a dustless pad but rather one that has ingredients that are much less attracted to wheels.

Friction level and stopping capabilities cold are greater than OE but without the sudden grabby feeling of the OE.

Friction level and bite actually increase with heat making for a great Street Performance pad for both the daily driver and as well for aggressive driving.
