YYZATC, this is a copy of the post I made on the U.S. forum asking basically the same question. I received no response.
"Can anyone clarify if this is U.S. allocations only or all of North America?
Up hear in the Great White North we are paying a fair bit for our 1's. My loaded (no auto or nav) 135i Cab came out to almost $69,000 including Freight,PDI and Tax so hardly an entry level car. Considering our $ is now on par with the U.S., BMW Canada has to be making more on the 1 than in the States.
Also, as far as I know, the 3 series is not being discounted in our market and there is little chance that the 1 will cut in to those sales."
