Each wheel/tire set weighs around 30-35lbs. So at max we'd be talking 140lbs. The rack I've build weight maybe 30lbs, so it would be a total of 170(ish)lbs.
I'm not sure what the BMW base rack's weight limit it, I'll look. You'd think it would be over 170lbs though, right?
