I am planning to wait until the stock tires are worn out before I go to non-runflats. It seems like this would be the best time to upgrade the dampers, but I am unsure about the rest of the suspension components.

Your future mod list looks really good, but I wouldn't do any of it until you get rid of the rft's. I sold my rft's and oe wheels after one year and the first thing I did was get rid of the underdamped shocks.
