Hopefully only while parked, if ever. The last thing we need is a bunch of people driving around watching iPod videos while driving.

A good driver's eyes need to constantly be focused on the vehicles and road ahead, with regular glances in all three mirrors (at least one glace per mirror every five seconds or so - more frequently in busy traffic). They also need to be looking at the speedometer, tachometer and watching for road hazards or idiots running red lights or cutting you off in traffic. Not to mention kids that might pop out of a driveway or a dog chasing a cat from between two cars.

It's bad enough that people are now in addition to using regular cell phones, trying to im or email with blackberry's and iPhones, now they are going to be watching videos too?

God help us all. Sorry - but personally I have zero tolerance for anything that resembles a video screen in a car. Unless it's in the back seat area of a family mini-van for the kids to watch Walt Disney while taking long car trips in the summer, to visit Grandma and Grandpa.
