For us manual guys, its $2500+ for standard 3.08 ratio , and $3500+ for 3.46 ratio (excluding refundable core charge ranging from $500 to $1500). Then you have to deal with shipping your core back within 30 days or less.
Then add the costs for diff fluid, and labor to get your old diff out, and new one in.
Should have bought a proper M car ... ;-)
