Resonator was back in place when I went to that dyno day with chrisar. Still had the 135i muffler and Injen intake however.
Will confirm when i have time to get a custom tune done sometime in the summer or fall.

I don't think we can attribute it to the resonator delete, as that really won't negatively impact flow.
It's either a. the Intake (which I think attributed to part of it, or b. The exhaust system - the transition between the stock exhaust and the new muffler,or even the muffler itself could impeed flow and cause a loss in power.
Have a picture of the exhaust system? How many miles on the car? No valvetronic issues or vanos solenoid issues?
