The stock and performance diffusers dont add any negligible downforce. So any compression or distortion shouldnt be noticeable.Kinda a shame with the lame diffusers because the floor is pretty smooth on these cars.
The reason for holes on the performance diffuser has got to be either for looks or heat management.
