DRLs in US and Europe?
I'm just wondering how DRLs work in US and in Europe.
In Canada, the BMW angel eyes (no rear lights just the angel eye rings) DRLs are on all the time because it's the law.
What is it like in US and Europe? is it any different? is it legal to drive w/o DRLs? To be specific it would be US and Germany.
