I have no clue if they fixed them on the 09s.
It seems to be a recurring problem. The dealer told me there were some in the showroom with a cracked light. Some of the cars in the showroom are 09s.
If it happens to you, get it fixed, and make sure you tell them not to put the screws in too tight!!!
