Yes. Three things. You'll want to use a small pick tool. Second look at the images below.

There are four retainers moulded into the inside of the cap. Think about which ones are easily accessible to the tool so you don't cause damage. If you pull the cap outward at each one of those spots the cap will be free. I think it gets easier after each release. I will make a full dissasembly tutorial soon.
