I think the only way to make power from a chip/ECU is to have it custom tuned on the dyno.
That way, you don't just get a pre-programmed tune, but a specific one for your car.
Cost? you can get a unichip and have that chip custom tuned for about $1200.
I may be biased, but it is because I have been burned in the past from buying a flash tuner for my other car.
The program made it run like crap, and made less power than stock.
I threw the thing in the bin, got a unichip and custom tune and made 10-15% increase across the board, not huge, but worth the cash

Clutch Delay Valve, I think it slows the release of the clutch automatically by slowing the return of the hydraulic fluid with a flow restrictor, the modification is to remove the flow restriction.
