Their clutches are also junk.

More than any of that though, their customer service is spectacularly awful. Blaming the customer, yelling at the customer, lying, and generally not standing behind their product in any way. I've seen it happen to so many people that I am just done with them and providing any cash their way.

Much like I was happy to see HPF go under finally.
