mainly my reason was warranty for not getting one, with my procede flash, I'm not limited to the IAT/CAT temperature limits because e85's cooling components in cylinder are a lot cooler than pump gas, so normally where you would see timing being pulled from high IAT's, I'm maintaining the same timing and power. But with the fmic, it will help with pressure loss and work the turbos less, so I'm looking forward to that. I do agree with you, I would have gone with a FMIC as my first performance mod if warranty wasn't in the back of my mind.
