Yes, the turbos do, of course, heat up the coolant (as does the motor), but you shouldn't be losing any coolant unless you're boiling over or have a leak.

I don't mean every week you will have to add coolant. But over time, say every 15K miles... you WILL have to add some coolant. Say once per year. Most people noticed it when the weather turns cooler/colder.
