Active E spotted today, 11/25, in the Willowbrook mall parking lot. You were driving up an aisle as I was walking back to my car with some gifts. My car was literally the last car in the aisle, on the right. If you missed me, you weren't paying attention, which might also be why you failed to stop at the stop line where the aisle intersected with a traffic lane
