Looks like the Grand Neptune isn't making its way through the Canal until tomorrow at the earliest (the 13th). Managed to dig up a PDF from this site: http://www.pancanal.com/eng/maritime...tition/10.html

Not quite sure what all this stuff about "competition" is about. I'm thinking maybe the GN thinks it's not going to make its scheduled slot today and so has to compete for open slots tomorrow?
