Good to know, Frank, thx. I'll def be installing it with the shroud removed especially if it is a bolt on/off piece.
IMO little point to add an aftermarket FMIC only to have it operate below full potential because of a restrictor piece (especially if it is one that's an easy on/easy off). Restrictor plates are for NASCAR
