So, I heard back from NA and they contacted the local field rep who went to see my car at the dealer. They said there was a "miscommunication" and they originally offered to take care of 30% (when my dealer told me 60%) and now they will take care of 50%. I told them thank you for the information. I am now contacting the law firm that originally handled the litigation and settlement of the suit against BMW. Hopefully they will have some options.
