I don't see how it would be that difficult, it just wouldn't be cheap. I'd want the non-adaptive Euro xenons to avoid the very likely chance of failure. Apart from sourcing all the parts, it should just be a coding issue at that point. Trouble is, it's probably $1500 in parts at a minumum.
