Looking to get back into it. But, no, I didn't race! All my friends did, unfortunately I was not financially able to participate. But that does not mean I wasn't a member.
I think this is why the 135i sparks my interest so much. It's a calling from a younger year, that I have never been able to quench..!
7-8 months ago I was looking at Corvettes and the newer M3 coming. I was dead sure I was going to get the M, but still wanted to entertain the idea of the new Vette. Sorta of playing devil's advocate with myself. But I did touch on an a personal concern I had, whether or not I wanted to endure another high-revving engine again!
Never liked the newer 3 series, but this one'r has possibly ignited something within me!
