ANDRA rules are Australia wide:
DDL (Divisional Day Licence) is 12.000 or slower (you get one for a cay with your entry to WSID, Willowbank, Kwinana, etc).
SSL (Super Street Licence) is 11.000 or slower
UDL (Unlimited Drag Licence) is 10.999 or quicker
