2 separate issues, IMO. DMTL pump or purge solenoid for your fuel evap system. Then probably a coil (but it could be a plug, you should do 6 anyways if your on the original) causing the misfire/rough running condition. Shouldn't be too bad, take it to an independent shop specializing in BMWs so you're not paying dealer prices.
