Its very common. Ive had my 1 parked on the sidewalk many times.
Even better is the exemption for electric cars in NYC - they can be parked on any sidewalk in Manhattan. I know there are some pictures of another E parked on the sidewalk in Times Square - Legally!  |
Seriously? I should have just parked on the sidewalk when I went shopping instead of paying to park in a garage!
