That was a rhetorical question. The 135i never came with 8" wheels in the front
Your wheels appear to be the 182's. Which would make them a 7.5" in the front. If you're running Blizzacks that are 245's, you must be running a 245/45/18 in order to fit the 7.5" wheels.
