Secondary cat(200 Cel) removal does little to nothing in terms of power. It makes more noise and slightly increases air flow post 02's.
Don't forget Octane rating is resistance of detonation, so unless it is seriously hot out the difference between 91 and 93 will be very small. Plus you factor the tolerance level for each octane isn't precisely 91 or 93 octane.
