If you are gonna keep your car... I would change it. You could wait until ~30K miles though. Thats about when I changed mine. But even at 30K mine trans oil looked very dark and nasty. So maybe changing yours at 10K isn't a bad idea. It certainly can not hurt anything.
Make sure to read this thread... you want to use MTF-LT-5 oil in your 1M trans.
