Billybob101 - Were you able to fix this? I'm also going from xenon to halogen and as you have noted, everything works except the high beams. Pulling the high beam stick back (flash to pass) works, but pushing the lever forward does nothing. Looking at some wiring diagrams online I was thinking of moving pin 6 to pin 5 but that makes no sense since pin six appears to be for high beams? I don't have a coding tool. I'll try and add a pic of the headlight harness and the car headlight harness. Anyone see any issues with the pin-out? I too was hoping this would be plug and play.
