My Evo will be picked up next week, and I'm looking to get some options ready, since I will want to pick up a 135 asap once my car is gone. Here is what my requirements are:

Manual trans
any color other than silver or red(gray, blue, white are preferred, but I would consider black)
<45k miles
<$28k
heated seats/cold weather package
sport package
within about 500 miles of Detroit, MI
Anything beyond that is a bonus in my mind, but not a deal breaker. Let me see what you guys have. I will also be driving the car in the winter, so a winter wheel/tire setup with the car is a big perk for me, but not required. Feel free to pm me if you don't want to post publicly.
