I’m no exhaust sound engineer, so I have idea if it will sound that different the one vs two pipe setup.

I guess there is not enough space to route a double pipe between suspension parts and M-differential.
And I think the setup with one bigger pipe weights less..... And regarding the performance I don't think there is a difference because if you take two pipes os lets say 5cm diameter, at the end, its the same as one pipe with 10cm diameter.
