This is better than a class action, cause bad national press can quickly result in lost sales and a tarnished image.
Now, BMW will NEED to react quicker.
There have been comments about a voluntary recall to replace all HPFP's in N54 engines. Perhaps this will accelerate that recall.
Problem is, if BMW doesn't have a complete fix/cure, then they'll be throwing away money at constantly replacing HPFP's
BMW HAVE to find a fix, cause their future is in direct injected turbo engines requiring a HPFP.
