That is total bollocks.... I feel for you bro. You mean to tell me that they have some guy in a booth watching to make sure that you stop before making a legal right hand turn?
Or did they nail you on the red light camera and then give some lame excuse about not stopping. I gotta tell you, if this happend to me I'd be furious all over the place! Red light cameras are for people running red lights, not for people who slow down to make legal right hand turns. I don't want to hear any crap about how the law says that you have to stop, and then go... that is ridiculous too... ok seriously... I'm all hopped up just thinking about this and it didn't even happen to me.
