How hard can it be to create an exhaust that is drone free? Just build it so that the resonance frequency is moved to a rpm that is above 4000 rpm. If you have some drone at WOT@4500 rpm, who cares? But at motorway speed and rpm between 2000-2800 it is very annoying.
