So I called the dealership yesterday and told them what was happening (ratcheting noise on in gear deceleration under engine vacuum).
And they flipped out! They told me to bring the car in ASAP to get the turbos replaced, no questions asked.
I hope it stays this easy. New turbos at about 80K - cant complain!
