Traffic is the exact reason that I purchase a 135i DCT instead of a 1M. I really wanted and still want a 1M but I just can't sit in LA traffic with a manual. I've done it for to many years in to many different cars. No matter how special the car is when you are crawling along in bumper to bumper traffic a manual just sucks the joy out of it. If they release a 1M with a DCT then my 135i will be gone.
