///M1 is correct. If you read through this entire thread you will get most of your answers as most questions have already been asked. The BMW PE exhaust is the only true cat back exhaust on the market so it will not bolt up directly with the maddad midpipes or any midpipes for that matter. The maddad axel back is exactly what it is, an axel back exhaust. There are a few other axel back exhausts being sold as "catbacks" when they are in actual fact true "axelbacks".
