They are ET 41. I used a 5mm spacer, so you'd need a 10mm spacer for the 45 offset. I could bolt on the tires without spacers completely, and still turn the wheel but the tire was rubbing on the strut. A 2 or 3mm spacer would be perfect for my setup (if they existed).
I didn't get a chance to drive it today with those wheels on it, as I was working on the e90 for a good portion of the day.
My biggest surprise was that the wheels cleared those big brakes...
