1. Don't park beside shit cars or big American 2-door cars.
2. When you see a parking spot next to a curb, grab that.
3. If you see a baby seat in the car next to you, reverse and find alternate parking ASAP.
4. Don't drive downtown unless you are absolutely sure there is parking.
5. Quality of Parking Space > Proximity.

LOL good ones.. dont you hate when you park like sooo far with no cars in the parking lot but when you come out you see another car parked beside you even though there are like a million free spots..
