All of the above but most of all, go and see your car in its current 'damaged' state. They can't refuse you.

After you have seen it, calmly say you're not happy and let them squirm around you and if you want to, discuss the sweeteners. They will come to the party quickly as all dealers hanging out for positive post-sale feedback.
