I went for a drive this afternoon to the Mountain Springs summit just outside of the valley.

Not the greatest of pics but I took a few nevertheless -





Since the last update, I've added a (replica) Performance Spoiler and am inching closer to 70k miles. This winter I'll be tackling the RFSBs and control arms and am strongly considering new wheels.

The temps here are a bit unusual as it gets really hot in the summer and hits below freezing in the winter. My current thought is to run two sets of wheels, with my 261's serving cold weather duty with all seasons, and to get an additional set to run non-runflats in the warmer 8-9 months of the year. 216's are at the top of the list, keeping with my OEM theme, yet being they are still a bit uncommon.

Finally, I'm growing tired of looking at the wood trim in the cabin. Having converted the shiftier surround and ashtray slot to the flat black 1M pieces, I nearly pulled the trigger on Glacier Silver door pull and dash pieces. I've reconsidered and am passively on the lookout for the Piano Black pieces.
