Car & Driver weighed their 335i coupe for the Lightning lap around 3360lbs, so that seems about right. I think somebody else said (not sure which forum) that as the model line goes up, BMW puts more money into lighter weigh materials. It makes sense and the relatively minute weight differences despite size differences seem to back that up.
